1. Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Change of Mind: For a change of mind, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Return window 15 days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
4. Replacement

If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as the returned product is received and inspected.

If the replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund.
5. Inspection

Dreams Furniture reserves the right to inspect the returned product to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.
