At Dreams Furniture, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Change of Mind: For a change of mind, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

    • The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

    • You must notify us of your intent to return the product within 3 days of receiving it.

    • The product must be returned to us within 7 days of the date of notification.

    • A restocking fee of [10-20%] may apply.

  • Custom-made or special order items are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items are not eligible for a refund:

    • Custom-made furniture

    • Assembled items

    • Items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.

    • Items without original packaging and tags.

3. Refund Process

  • We will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Return window 15 days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Replacement

  • If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as the returned product is received and inspected.

  • If the replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund.

5. Inspection

  • Dreams Furniture reserves the right to inspect the returned product to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.

6. Amendments

  • Dreams Furniture reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Consumer Rights

  • This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
