When Can You Request a Refund or Return?

Important Notes on Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Assembled Items: Furniture that has been assembled by you or our team (unless a defect becomes apparent after assembly, attributable to manufacturing).

Used, Damaged, or Altered Items: Products that show signs of use, have been damaged by the customer, or altered in any way after delivery.

Items Without Original Packaging: Products must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Timeframes for Making a Claim
To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following timelines:

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

For Change of Mind Returns: You must inform us of your decision to return the product within 3 days of receiving it. The product must then be returned to us within 7 days from your notification.
Conditions for “Change of Mind” Returns
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, it must meet these conditions to be eligible for a refund:

The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.

All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included and intact.

A restocking fee of [10-20]% (clearly state your exact percentage or range) of the product price may apply to cover processing and handling. This will be confirmed during the return authorization.

Your Responsibility: For “change of mind” returns, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges & Replacements
